Please bring valid photo ID and an email copy of your order confirmation.
We strongly recommend collecting your own costume. However, if someone is collecting on your behalf, they must bring:
• Their own valid photo ID
• A copy of your photo ID
• A copy of your order confirmation

Please note: Once your package has been signed for and taken home, it becomes your full responsibility. No exchanges or replacements will be provided after collection.

For those who selected home delivery:
You will receive your package between 21st - 25th August.
